Live Audio And Video From The MB7ISW-Link

I now run the MB7ISW Link from my home QTH
It uses a 2 meter frequency of 144.8375Mhz
CTCSS of 82.5Hz
The link has a footprint of about 10 miles with full coverage around
Saddleworth And Mossley
We now stream live audio from the link you can here the audio from echolink, the input audio is also re-amplified and sent via the audio stream, also the local time and announcements are retransmitted over the internet. We are also now showing live video with a view of the Saddleworth hills in the distance.
Yes this is thee Saddleworth Moor...
If you are in RF range of the link,
you can control it by DTMF

About Me And The Blog


The Shack
The picture at the top is of me and my son Philip, I'm the ugly one at the back
I have been interested in radio since Convoy 1977 when I got at 40 channel CB for my 12th birthday, with a DV27 and a biccy tin for good measure.
Used to spend most of my time on 27.555 but occasionally tried 19
Took my RAE in 1998 when I became M1dzu, Then M0gcp
I live in a small village called Greenfield on the edge of Saddleworth Moor
If you think you've heard of Saddleworth you have thanks to Ian And Myra
I run a Kenwood 570dg, 2 Icom 208 Mobiles, A Yaesu VX5 And An FT50
I also run a PMR 446 Link on PMR EQSO and The Free Radio Network
I have set this blog up to run alongside Ragchew so its members can contribute with their own profiles, thoughts, and any damn thing you think we might find interesting Go On Share It!
